Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Technical Support Leader to guide a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer service for Dexcom CGM products. You will drive performance metrics, coach staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, and design action plans to maintain service levels while balancing staffing and performance considerations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of industry experience.
• Informal management or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Technical Support team, providing coaching focused on quality, service effectiveness, Dexcom products, regulatory guidelines and customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual department metrics.
