• Respond to concerns in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Provide technical support (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Provide Audio Visual Support to company events and projects, if needed.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Perform duties as assigned related to the current role.
