Cloudstaff is hiring a Technical Support & Release Manager to join our remote-friendly team. You will coordinate installations, troubleshoot issues, and manage software releases across SQL Server and Snowflake environments while ensuring quality validation.

The role supports multiple client environments from the Ortigas, Makati, Cebu and other CS sites with morning or night shifts, a strong emphasis on documentation, access control, and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, release management, QA, or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills resolving configuration and installation issues.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of software testing and release validation processes.
• Experience managing access controls, permissions, and security groups.
• Strong written communication for documentation and client support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
