Responsibilities

• Serve Americas and Europe customers via phone, email or chat for Advanced Energy products.
• Identify and record inquiries clearly and respond on time.
• Provide technical documents and related information to customers.
• Suggest product and peripheral solutions that fit customer needs.
• Cross-sell products to rivals, collect information, and follow up on selling potential.
• Support online remote/field troubleshooting for end customers.
