AOSP - Manila is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support North America and UK markets via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve order, product, and payment questions using a range of tools while delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience.

You will work rotating shifts totaling at least 40 hours per week, including graveyard schedules and holidays. Training is provided and comprehensive benefits accompany the role in Amazon's customer service environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Completed at least two years in college or Senior High Graduate; or High school graduate with at least one year customer service experience.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to use computers and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer requests via phone, chat, or email for North America and UK markets.
• Investigate, problem solve, and guide customers toward resolution.
• Navigate tools to research solutions and communicate effectively.
