Job summary

Amazon Operation Services Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Regular/ Permanent for onsite work at Three E-com Center, MOA Complex, Pasay City.

You’ll handle customer inquiries by phone, chat or email for North America and UK markets, solving issues and guiding customers to resolution. The role requires shifting schedules with a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Completed at least two years in college or Senior High Graduate; or High school graduate with at least one year customer service experience
• Right to work in the Philippines without restrictions
• Strong communication skills in English (written and oral)
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work in varying shifts from Sunday to Monday
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including graveyard schedules

Responsibilities

• Answer customer requests via phone, chat, and/or email for North America and UK markets
• Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers
• Navigate tools to research and review solutions and communicate effectively with customers
