Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Pasay City is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a fixed-term seasonal, full-time position at the Three E-com Center, MOA Complex.

You will handle inquiries from North America and UK customers via phone, chat, and email, with shifting schedules and a 40-hour work week. Ideal candidates have at least two years of college or equivalent, strong English skills, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Completed at least two years in college or Senior High Graduate; or High school graduate with at least one year customer service experience.
• Have the right to work in the Philippines without restrictions.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Availability to work in varying shifts from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, holidays, weekend, and overtime).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for North America and UK customers via phone, chat and email.
• Prevent issues, troubleshoot queries and delight customers.
• Research solutions using available tools and communicate clearly to customers.
