About the Role

We are looking for Technical Staff to join our engineering and manufacturing team in Bataan. As a technical staff, you will be responsible for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities to ensure efficient and reliable production operations.

This role is ideal for technically skilled individuals who are interested in machine design, automation, PLC programming, equipment troubleshooting, and production process improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, installation, assembly, and commissioning of machines, jigs, and production equipment.

• Design and develop machines, jigs, fixtures, and other production tools to support manufacturing operations.

• Assist in improving existing production tools, machines, and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, cameras, and other automated machine systems.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving machinery, equipment, and production systems.

• Perform machine setup, testing, adjustment, and commissioning.

• Conduct inspection and troubleshooting to ensure machines and equipment are operating properly.

• Assist in machine and process improvement projects to reduce downtime, defects, and production inefficiencies.

• Create or modify technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or other design software, when required.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to address technical and operational concerns.

• Ensure that machine installations, modifications, and technical activities comply with company safety and quality standards.

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and records related to equipment and improvement activities.

• Perform other technical and engineering-related duties as assigned.

About You

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science degree in:

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Electronics Engineering

  • or any related technical/engineering field

• With technical experience and/or relevant technical skills.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an advantage.

• Experience in machine setup, machine design, jigs/fixtures, or production tool development is an advantage.

• Knowledge or experience in PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with industrial cameras, automated equipment, and machine controls is an advantage.

• Able to troubleshoot technical and equipment-related problems effectively.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willing to learn new technologies and technical systems.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams.
