Next Century Building Systems Inc. in Batangas seeks a fresh Mechanical Engineer (LME) to join our manufacturing team in Lipa City. You will perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, read drawings, and assist in installation and commissioning of systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and is licensed or eligible, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant facilities.
• Conduct equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and mechanical systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment records.
• Interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and equipment specs.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve equipment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintenance standards.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
