Job summary

Nestle Philippines, Inc. Cabuyao Factory is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician / Automation Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of our electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.

You will help ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment to sustain continuous manufacturing, participate in upgrades, and document work and observations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (EE) preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical, instrumentation or automation systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, smart drives and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, 6-day work week in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and modify PLC and HMI programs.
• Configure and maintain drives, sensors, and instrumentation devices.
• Support automation and control system improvement projects.
• Analyze equipment and process data to improve system performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime.

About the Role
