About the Role

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Bataan. As a technician, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to ensure that production lines run efficiently, safely, and consistently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Identify equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, and operational issues and report them promptly.
• Assist in resolving equipment and production-related problems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that machines, tools, and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Follow company policies, production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist in maintaining consistent product quality and meeting production targets.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other relevant teams when addressing equipment or operational concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About You

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, preferably major in Industrial Technology or Mechanical Technology; or
• Graduate of a Diploma/Vocational course related to Electronics.
• With or without work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of machinery, electronics, mechanical systems, or manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Has good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
