Job summary

Zenith United Electric Corp seeks a Technical Sales Support professional to assist the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, from qualification to project completion. You will review requirements, prepare technical proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, delivering product presentations, and responding to technical inquiries from customers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales personnel throughout the sales cycle, from project qualification to project completion.
• Review customer requirements, technical specifications, RFQs, and RFPs to ensure accurate and appropriate product recommendations.
• Prepare electrical calculations, design layouts, technical proposals, product specifications, and other engineering requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and technical solutions aligned with customer and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, technical surveys, and customer meetings as required.
• Deliver product presentations and respond to technical inquiries from customers, consultants, contractors, and Sales personnel.
• Coordinate technical concerns, product availability, warranty requirements, and installation support with internal teams and principals.
• Support the Sales Team in generating and developing project opportunities through technical presentations, customer visits, and engineering consultations
• Assist in monitoring project opportunities and provide technical guidance to improve project conversion and win rate.
• Monitor inventory availability of assigned product lines and coordinate with Management on product requirements affecting sales opportunities.
• Conduct product orientations and technical training for Sales personnel and other employees as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
• Share technical updates and best practices that strengthen the team's capability to support customers effectively.
