Job summary

Kaiterra is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to be the frontline technical expert for enterprise customers, owning the support channel end to end, handling complex troubleshooting across HVAC, BMS, and building controls, and working with data exports, API questions, and integrations.

You will also act as the technical resource for Revenue teams, contribute to the knowledge base, and help raise the technical ceiling of the company while delivering a customer-first experience remotely across

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC, BMS, or building controls experience.
• Prior customer-facing support experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer support channel end to end, triage and resolve tickets.
• Handle enterprise network, BACnet/Modbus, and integration issues.
• Escalate and guide replacement or involvement of decision-makers.
• Lightly triage the inbox to route inquiries to the right teams.
• Serve as technical resource for Revenue teams (CS, Sales, Deployment).
• Build and maintain the internal knowledge base with resolved cases.
