Job summary

Spectra Management seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer for remote work supporting clients in the Philippines and beyond. You will be the frontline technical expert for HVAC/BMS issues, diagnosing complex problems, and guiding enterprise customers through resolutions.

You will partner with Revenue teams, draft security questionnaires, and contribute to a growing knowledge base and SOPs. A strong background in building controls and customer-facing support is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in HVAC, BMS, or building controls.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support is required.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet/IP and Modbus TCP; able to diagnose integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer support channel end-to-end across multiple platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to revenue teams and participate in client discussions.
• Maintain internal knowledge base with step-by-step troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to product improvements by surfacing recurring issues.
