Job summary

Kaiterra is seeking a Field Deployment Manager to own the journey from signed deal to live, fully installed devices across commercial buildings. You translate floor plans into device layouts, coordinate installers, IT teams, and client stakeholders, and drive deployments to completion with hands-on problem solving.

You’ll work remotely from the Philippines, aligning with North America hours, and communicate progress to Sales and Customer Success while mitigating risks and ensuring data reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or installing physical technology in occupied commercial buildings.
• Understand the stakeholders in a building deployment (GCs, contractors, client IT).
• Ability to read floor plans and translate them into device layouts.
• Diagnose and resolve common on-site technical failures (firewall, IP, cabling).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on field experience.

Responsibilities

• Scope the deployment with Sales during the quoting stage by translating space into quantities and placement.
• Post-close, own the handoff, confirm device connections and reporting to cloud or BMS, and align stakeholders.
• Prepare installers and IT for a smooth install with required documentation and access.
• Own the deployment timeline and coordinate logistics to keep install on schedule.
• Oversee install, resolve issues in real time, and ensure devices are correctly placed and reporting.
• Keep Sales and Customer Success informed, unblocking issues to move projects forward.
