Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an IT company that delivers an indoor air quality optimization platform, blending hardware, software and expertise to help facilities monitor and improve air quality.

The Technical Solutions Engineer will own our customer support channel end to end, addressing complex HVAC/BMS integration challenges and serving as the technical resource for sales and deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in HVAC, building management systems, or building controls.
• Prior customer-facing support experience handling global customers.
• Strong written and spoken English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer support channel end to end, triage, diagnose, and resolve inquiries.
• Support revenue teams with technical questions, RMA processes, and API concerns.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge base and external support articles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Product to improve customer outcomes.
