You will engage in field and B2B sales, develop relationships with shipyards, contractors, and industrial clients, and promote marine paints and coatings. The role requires a target-driven mindset, willingness to travel, and strong negotiation skills to close deals and exceed sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as listed.
• Experience in sales, field sales, technical sales, or industrial sales is an advantage.
• Background in paint, coatings, construction materials, or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Results-driven with a strong desire to earn through commissions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• With valid driver’s license and can drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
• Willing to do fieldwork, site visits, and travel.
