The ideal candidate has experience in field or technical sales, a related engineering background, and a drive to achieve sales targets with commission incentives. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in sales, field sales, technical sales, or industrial sales is a plus.
• Background in paints, coatings, construction materials, or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and close sales in marine, shipyard, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Manage and grow B2B accounts and client relationships.
• Promote and sell marine paints, protective coatings, and industrial coatings.
• Conduct client visits, site inspections, and field sales activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project requirements.
