Job summary

Guill-Bern Corporation in the Philippines seeks a proactive sales professional to grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities across Northern Mindanao, CARAGA, and Zamboanga Peninsula. The role requires fieldwork, client presentations, and end-to-end account management from discovery to after-sales.

The candidate should hold a science-related degree and preferably have 1 year in sales/marketing. Willingness to travel and work across multiple regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a science-related degree and be willing to work in the field.
• Experience in sales/marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to travel/commute to Northern Mindanao and nearby regions.

• Coordinate order processing, delivery, installation, and aftersales service with customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships and developing opportunities with clients.
• Develop/identify/saturate the area handle.
• Must be able to acquire and develop new customers in the assigned territories.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned territories.
• Conducts daily sales calls, face-to-face and ocular visits to customer sites.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations explaining products to customers.
• Must know how to strategize account coverage and handle project development from discovery to after-sales.
• Will handle follow-up and collects account receivables.
• Facilitates and coordinates order processing, delivery, and installation of equipment to the customer site.
• Conduct aftersales service calls to generate service maintenance agreements and/or product replacements with existing accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Science related courses.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in sales or marketing.
• Willing to do fieldwork and commute (Northen Mindanao, CARAGA Region, and Zamboanga Peninsula)
• Experienced working in a manufacturing company or exposure to laboratory equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Laboratory Equipment is also an advantage.
