Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a senior technical sales professional in the Philippines with extensive pastry/food service knowledge to drive B2B sales across Horeca, food service, cafes and industrial clients. Qualifications

• Knowledge of pastry/food service business is compulsory.
• 7–10 years of relevant technical sales experience, preferably in the food ingredients category.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and a team player in fast-paced environments.
• Meticulous and well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to travel around 80% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on product functionality and performance to customer's R&D and other relevant teams.
• Troubleshoot production line issues and recipe failures for clients using the company's products, and conduct product demonstrations and trials alongside the client.
• Identify and secure new B2B sales leads (HORECA, Food Service, Café and Industrial customers) in key geographies, in close coordination with Country Manager and the local distributors sales teams
• Manage newly opened accounts, being the champion of ensuring product satisfaction, correct inventory forecasting, and consistent technical backup. Work with the Country Manager to negotiate high-volume contracts, pricing models, and commercial supply terms.
• Participate in various Demo Events and Trade Exhibitions, assisting the corporate chef in addressing customer inquiries and firm up potential sales opportunities.
• Track emerging industry trends and relay findings to regional R&D team to build a compelling case for new product development/s.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal R&D, supply chain, and regulatory compliance teams to fulfill unique client requests.
• Help facilitate communication between the regional teams, local distributors and customer needs, with the necessary alignment with the Country Manager.
