Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC in Makati is recruiting a results-driven Business Development professional to lead technical sales for solar PV, BESS, and integrated renewable energy solutions. You will identify opportunities, design proposals, and close deals with commercial and industrial clients.

You will work with engineering teams on system sizing, perform ROI and LCOE analyses, and negotiate contracts from initial contact through handover to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in renewable energy technical sales or pre-sales.
• Proficiency with solar PV systems and energy storage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and prospect potential B2B/B2C clients (commercial/industrial/residential/utility).
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct site visits and technical feasibility assessments for energy profiles and tariffs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams for optimal system configurations.
• Prepare proposals and ROI/LCOE analyses; present to executives and key decision-makers.
• Lead negotiation on terms, pricing, and contracts; coordinate with legal teams.
• Ensure smooth handover to Project Management and maintain client relationships for upsell.
