Job summary

Atlas Copco Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing professional to drive revenue for compressors and related equipment across the assigned territory.

You will pursue leads, close orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders. The role requires strong English communication, presentation skills, and technical selling know-how, with regular customer visits and ongoing product training to keep knowledge up to date.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer applications and CRM platforms.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, business writing, negotiation, and social skills.
• Technical and value-based selling expertise for capital equipment products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned product range and territory.
• Pursue leads, promote products, and close orders with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
• Provide timely feedback and reports on sales activities and market updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Support the promotion of Industrial Air and Gas equipment.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Business Line Manager.
• Drive market share growth and implement sales and marketing plans.
• Promote and sell air compressors and auxiliary equipment; conduct regular customer visits.
