Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth by promoting air compressors, auxiliary equipment, and industrial cooling systems within Mindanao.

You will develop new business, manage customer relationships, and provide tailored technical solutions. The role requires 3–5 years of industrial sales experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively across Mindanao.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in industrial environments.
• Experience in water treatment, food & beverage, pumps, process equipment, or industrial machinery is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience handling Mindanao accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell industrial equipment and cooling systems within the assigned territory.
• Conduct client visits, generate new leads, and identify business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and layout drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and supervise installation progress.
• Manage sales activities, report lost orders, and support payment collection.
• Conduct technical presentations, customer seminars, and product demonstrations.
• Work with service, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and improve product knowledge.
