The Technical Sales Coordinator provides analytical, technical, commercial, and administrative support to the SVP by assisting in the coordination of business initiatives, monitoring project and operational performance, preparing management reports, and facilitating communication across departments.
The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business information, tracking project progress, coordinating follow-ups on key action items, and ensuring timely preparation of reports and presentations that support business decisions. This position requires strong organizational skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist in consolidating sales, operational, and financial reports from various departments for management review.
Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for the SVP.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), project updates, and departmental deliverables.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking as required.
Assist in preparing business proposals, feasibility studies, and commercial presentations.
Gather and organize business data to support planning and decision-making.
Coordinate assigned cross-functional projects and monitor implementation schedules.
Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action plans.
Follow up with department representatives regarding project updates and pending deliverables.
Prepare project status reports and summarize project risks, issues, and recommendations.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting of progress.
Manage the SVP's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing materials.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure completion of agreed action items.
Screen and organize correspondence, reports, and documents requiring the SVP's attention.
Maintain organized records of executive documents and confidential files.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and other departments regarding assigned initiatives.
Facilitate communication between the SVP and internal stakeholders to ensure timely exchange of information.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and external partners for meetings and project requirements as instructed.
Assist in organizing management meetings, business reviews, and special events.
Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and executive documentation.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of business records and confidential information.
Monitor completion of assigned action items and provide regular status updates.
Perform other related duties assigned by the SVP.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or any related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive support, business analysis, project coordination, commercial support, or business operations.
Experience supporting senior management is an advantage.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial industries is preferred.
