Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in technical recruitment and end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient in hiring, recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates.
• Experience in conducting effective interviewing and evaluation techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with team and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
