Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with engineering leads to define role requirements and appropriate tech stacks, and to craft precise job descriptions.

You will source passive candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, build a pipeline of developers, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and help negotiate offers. The ideal candidate has 9 months to 1 year of recruiting experience and a related bachelor's

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Good communication skills.
