We are looking for a proactive and technically oriented Technical Recruiter to build, develop, and maintain a community of pre-vetted freelance and contract developers who can be quickly matched to our clients' growing staffing requirements.
Rather than focusing exclusively on filling active vacancies, this role will take a proactive approach to talent acquisition by continuously identifying, engaging, interviewing, and assessing developers—even when there is no immediate job opening.
The goal is to build a reliable, up-to-date talent pool of developers whose technical capabilities, communication skills, rate expectations, availability, and overall suitability have already been evaluated.
We are a rapidly growing business technology partner specializing in software development talent and AI implementation, serving medium to large firms across various countries. Our inclusive culture fosters respect and flexibility, empowering us to connect clients with highly qualified professionals to meet their specific business needs.
Proactively source freelance, independent, and contract developers through LinkedIn, job platforms, professional communities, referrals, and other relevant channels to support both our Philippines and Brazil tech hubs.
Build a pipeline of developers across different technical specializations, experience levels, and geographic locations.

Evaluate candidates' professional backgrounds, project experience, technical expertise, and areas of specialization.
Assess English proficiency, verbal communication, responsiveness, and ability to interact professionally with international clients.

Establish a consistent candidate engagement and follow-up process.
Identify candidates who are no longer available, have changed their rates, or require reassessment.
Keep candidate information current so the business can confidently rely on the talent pool when new requirements arise.
