Metacom Careers in the Philippines seeks a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles. You will source, screen, and assess candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and build a strong talent pipeline.

You will ensure a positive candidate experience, meet recruitment targets, and maintain high quality of hire in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication and familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards are essential.

• Proven experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT and technical roles.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Sourced through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
