Job summary

Connext in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Technical and Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and corporate functions. This role sources, assesses, and coordinates with hiring teams to fill roles efficiently while maintaining a consistent, structured, and compliant hiring process.

Hybrid on-site role with a Tuesday to Saturday shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and manage candidate communications.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and regulations.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives as needed.
