Job summary

Eton Properties Philippines Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Specialist in Makati to oversee construction planning, inspections, cost estimates, and coordination with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires a Civil/Architecture/Construction Management background with a licensed professional and 2–4 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time on-site position in a dynamic, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with professional license.
• 2–4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in site inspection, contractor coordination, cost estimation, or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and building codes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/SketchUp or project management software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and monitoring of construction, repair, maintenance, and unit preparation projects.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, Work Orders, Purchase Requests, and project reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Review quotations, billings, work accomplishments, quantities, and documents.
• Identify defects, prepare punch lists, and monitor rectification works.
• Monitor unit preparation, maintenance, warranty, and after-construction concerns.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve project quality, cost, and turnaround time.

What You'll Do

As the Technical Project Specialist, you will:

1. Support planning and monitoring of construction, repair, maintenance, and unit preparation projects.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.

3. At least 2–4 years of relevant technical experience.

4. Experience in site inspection, contractor coordination, cost estimation, or building maintenance.

5. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and building codes.

6. Skilled in cost estimation, quantity take-off, measurement, and technical documentation.

7. Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management software is an advantage.

8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
