We are currently looking for a Property Engineerto join our team.

What You'll Do
As the Property Engineer, you will:
Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of all electrical and auxiliary systems within the assigned property
Ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of power distribution systems, generators, transformers, lighting, pumps, and related equipment
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize system efficiency and minimize downtime
Supervise engineering staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with standards
Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives
Ensure compliance with electrical, fire safety, environmental, occupational safety, and other regulatory requirements
Manage and resolve electrical faults, breakdowns, and tenant engineering concerns in a timely and professional manner
Support property enhancement projects, renovations, and CAPEX initiatives from planning through execution
Prepare, monitor, and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets while ensuring cost-effective engineering operations
Coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders to meet project quality, budget, and timeline objectives
What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; REE license preferred.
3-5 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or building operations.
Experience handling commercial, office, mixed-use, or residential properties is an advantage.
Proven experience supervising engineering teams, contractors, and service providers.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, transformers, power systems, and auxiliary equipment.
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance, energy management, and utility monitoring.
Working knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code, Building Code, and Fire Code.
Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance planning, budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and technical reporting.
Proficient in MS Office, CMMS, and AutoCAD.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and emergency response capabilities.
