Job summary

Eton Properties Philippines Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Lead to oversee multiple technical and property development projects from planning to completion in Makati.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, coordination with contractors, and tight cost control to deliver high-quality developments. The successful candidate will guide project engineers and architects, review plans, monitor budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while driving continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field; Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction, property development, project management, engineering, architecture, or property operations.
• Experience in medium-rise/high-rise developments, contractor management, construction monitoring, cost estimation, and quantity verification.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality management, building maintenance, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and complex technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of multiple technical and property-related projects within approved scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Review project plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical proposals, work orders, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, costs, schedules, quality, quantities, and completed works.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and performance requirements.
• Validate project accomplishments, progress billings, variation orders, and cost-related submissions.
• Oversee unsold unit readiness, punch lists, corrective actions, warranty claims, and post-construction rectification.
• Identify project risks, delays, cost variances, technical issues, and quality concerns, providing timely solutions and recommendations to Management.
• Supervise, coach, and provide technical direction to Project Engineers and Project Architects while driving continuous improvement in project delivery and property operations.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
