medspecializedinc is seeking a Technical Producer to ensure CBT training projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will develop, update CBT videos, and collaborate with SMEs to create engaging course content.

The role involves creating interactive learning materials and supporting ad hoc tasks to meet training objectives. The candidate should have a relevant degree and experience with IMS usability, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, Polly, ElevenLabs, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, multimedia, digital media, CS, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience with IMS usability and serviceability.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe CC, Captivate, Polly, ElevenLabs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Position Overview

As a Technical Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring training projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will develop, create, and update computer-based training (CBT) videos based on organizational requirements, create interactive learning materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to develop effective course content. You will also support ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure project and training objectives are met.

Work Schedule and Arrangement

10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Onsite

Office Location

8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure training projects are completed on time and within scope while meeting quality standards.
• Create and update computer-based training (CBT) videos based on learning requirements.
• Work with SMEs and other stakeholders to develop accurate and engaging course content.
• Create interactive learning materials to support effective training.
• Assist with other tasks and project needs as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience and understanding of IMS usability and serviceability.
• Experience and understanding of Articulate 360 usability and serviceability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Amazon Polly, and ElevenLabs.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP)

• 18,000 - 22,000php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
• Risk allowance of 2,000php
