Job summary

Hexagon Shared Services Inc is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the ITMS technology expert for specific solution portfolios and act as a presales consultant throughout the sales cycle. You will drive technical demonstrations, PoCs, and ToR creation while coordinating with service delivery teams to ensure quotes and proposals meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Graduate of a 4-year course with relevant IT background.
- At least 2 years of work experience selling IT products, services or solutions.
- Experience in enterprise applications and IT management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server/endpoint platforms.
- Familiarity with ITILV4 processes and technical support tools.

Responsibilities

Lead on ITM solution portfolios and support regional offices.
Attend and initiate communications with prospective customers and partners.
Provide solution presentations, demonstrations, and conference events.
Conduct PoC/PoV and prepare ToR for quotes or proposals.
Deliver ITM solutions and technical training to customers and partners.
Create technical documentation and system requirements.
Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Service Delivery.
Interface with Marketing for product/solution collateral and competitive research.
Ensure project plans cover prerequisites, dependencies, training, and user acceptance.
