Job summary

First Datacorp is seeking a skilled Presales Engineer in Metro Manila to partner with the Sales team, design architectures, and present IT solutions that meet customer requirements. You will prepare BOMs, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and support customers throughout the sales cycle with clear demonstrations and POCs.

The ideal candidate has presales or technical sales experience, strong communication skills, and a good grasp of cybersecurity standards to craft compliant IT solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in presales or technical sales roles.
• Knowledge of IT standards and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related courses.

Required Skills

• Experience in presales or technical sales roles.


• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT solutions, IT service management and cybersecurity.


• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, design, and present IT solutions based on customer requirements.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Experience or familiarity with ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Ivanti solutions
