Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 4 years of global banking/industry experience with business analysis, requirements definition, software development and testing.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, planning, and documentation skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and databases.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level incident and problem support to escalated issues.
• Perform code-level investigation and troubleshoot incidents with changes as needed.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and implement workarounds or fixes.
• Gather data, test, replicate incidents, and drive to resolution.
• Maintain knowledge bases and assist in release and capacity planning.
