• 7+ years of progressive experience as an Application Analyst or Business Analyst in digital products within the financial sector.
• Proven expertise on a specific digital banking or fintech application.
• Strong understanding of payments, loans, or reconciliation is highly desirable.
• Must be amenable to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of complex business processes for digital applications.
• Drive requirements lifecycle from concept to detailed specifications; create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; facilitate workshops and manage expectations.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and solution guidance for complex issues within digital applications.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in business and systems analysis.

Job Summary

In this pivotal role, you will be a key leader in the analysis, design, and implementation of the digital banking applications. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, leveraging your expertise on a specific digital banking or fintech application to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of the entire digital banking ecosystem and the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilties:

• Strategic Business & Systems Analysis: Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business processes for our digital applications. Conduct in-depth gap analysis to identify opportunities for strategic enhancements and optimizations that align with business goals.
• Technical Requirements Leadership: Drive the entire requirements lifecycle, from high-level concept to detailed functional specifications. You'll be responsible for creating comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that serve as the blueprint for development and QA teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and manage expectations across all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Problem-Solving & Support: Serve as a subject matter expert for our digital applications, providing expert-level troubleshooting and strategic solutions for complex issues. You'll analyze root causes and drive the implementation of long‑term fixes.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. You'll champion best practices for business and systems analysis, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience as an Application Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on digital products or applications within the financial sector.
• Proven expertise on a specific digital banking or fintech application. You should have deep knowledge of the application's architecture, core functionality, and common integration patterns.
• A strong understanding of a key transactional domain such as payments, loans, or reconciliation is highly desirable
• Must be amenable to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
