Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks a senior analyst to ensure accuracy of business requirements and oversee testing across IT projects in Ortigas.

You will organize and control test activities for the Analyst Team and collaborate with BU and ITG teams to develop detailed designs, test plans and test execution. You will articulate business and functional requirements, write test cases, and supervise test efforts while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in banking/payments or equivalent.
• Strong ability to define and manage detailed functional requirements and test plans.
• Experience in eliciting requirements and documenting test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Understand high-level financial services processes and products.
• Translate requirements into testable specs and write test cases.
• Lead testing activities, coordinating with PMs and IT teams to ensure quality.
• Present information clearly to management and stakeholders across locations.
• Guide junior analysts and manage test schedules and status reporting.
