BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an IT professional to manage incident response, availability, performance, and capacity planning for production environments. The role focuses on incident handling, root-cause analysis, change execution, and proactive monitoring to ensure service reliability.

You will work onsite in Makati/Ortigas with a team that emphasizes structured incident processes and continuous improvement in infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
• 4-5 years experience in IT.
• At least 1 year exposure to infrastructure support.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsabilités

Job Summary
