Job summary
BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an experienced Applications/Business Analyst to lead analysis, design, and implementation of digital banking applications.
You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and guide cross-functional teams across IT and business units in Ortigas. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in digital banking or fintech analysis, a strong foundation in payments, loans, or reconciliation, and a proven ability to document clear user
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience as an Application Analyst or Business Analyst in digital products within the financial sector.
- Proven expertise on a specific digital banking or fintech application.
- Strong understanding of payments, loans, or reconciliation is highly desirable.
- Must be amenable to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and documentation of complex business processes for digital applications.
- Drive requirements lifecycle from concept to detailed specifications; create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; facilitate workshops and manage expectations.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and solution guidance for complex issues within digital applications.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in business and systems analysis.
