Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to branches, business units, and subsidiaries. You will identify problems, troubleshoot hardware and software, document tickets, and escalate issues when needed.

The role includes participating in branch projects, equipment provisioning, and supplies management in the Makati/Ortigas area. The ideal candidate has a BSCOE or ECE degree and relevant IT facility experience, with willingness to work on-site

Qualifications

• Two years experience preferred but not required in IT field work or repair center.
• Strong background in IT equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience gained from service company, bank or other financial institution is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to BDO branches, business units and subsidiaries, including problem identification, troubleshooting, and ticket documentation.
• Respond to requests for service within service level standards and escalate as needed.
• Handle projects such as branch implementation, relocation, renovation, and ATM installation.
• Manage supplies and perform administrative tasks related to IT equipment and parts.
