Qualifications

• Experience in lighting and electrical design.
• Understanding of design/construction industry products and services.
• Ability to explain technical lighting functionalities to professionals and non-technical audiences.
• Strong account management and negotiation history.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; comfortable presenting publicly.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to match customer needs with products.
• Self-motivation to work independently and in teams while handling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities through networks and prospecting.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide technical product expertise for lighting/electrical requirements.
• Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical teams to deliver tailored proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships, providing ongoing support and addressing issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Aim to exceed sales targets through account management, forecasting, and reporting.
