Job summary

NXM Philippines Technology in Manila is seeking a results-oriented Sales Engineer to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Philippines market, build a strong project pipeline, and acquire new customers while expanding repeat business from existing clients.

You will support project execution with on-site inspection, provide technical support, deliver product presentations and trainings, convert leads from seminars and events, coordinate with internal and external partners, and travel

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and DIALux software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project coordination/management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Philippines market.
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline with new leads and conversions.
• Acquire new customers and grow repeat business from existing clients.
• Support project execution through regular on-site inspection, checks, and technical support.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of on-site issues.
• Conduct product presentations, technical trainings, and demonstrations to customers.
• Convert leads from seminars, trade shows, and networking activities into sales.
• Provide timely market updates (competitors, trends, and project status).
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support on-time project follow-up and completion.
• Able to travel when required.
