Job summary

ilaw atbp. is seeking a skilled Sales Executive/Manager to drive growth across key accounts in the Philippines. You will lead a sales team, develop strategic plans, and close deals with corporate clients, construction firms, and decorators.

In this in-person role based in Scout Rallos Quezon City, you will travel for client visits, participate in trade shows, and build lasting relationships that expand our market presence while delivering exceptional service and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Manager or similar senior sales role.
• Strong leadership with track record of motivating sales teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good presentation skills.
• Willing to do field work and client visits.
• Willing to work in Scout Rallos Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch ilaw atbp. products/services.
• Set up meetings with prospective clients.
• Presenting products/services to clients.
• Establishing new business links.
• Participates in trade exhibits, sales events, and industry meet-ups for business developments.
• Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
• Collaborate within teams to achieve better results.
