Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Social Stack websites.
• Comfortable working directly with the Social Stack codebase and live production environments.
• Experience performing Social Stack upgrades and managing production issues.
• Strong full-stack web development capability and good judgment on technology choices.
• Experience integrating websites with business systems, databases, APIs, and reporting platforms.
• Commercial awareness and ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Social Stack website platform, including development, upgrades, performance, reliability, and ongoing improvement.
• Maintain website security, uptime, compliance, backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and professionally with clear communication.
• Own the technical roadmap balancing stability, debt, UX, and growth.
• Manage testing, deployments, release planning, change control, and post-release reviews.
• Improve site speed, user experience, conversion, and customer retention.
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM, reporting tools, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems.
• Map customer journeys and remove barriers to online ordering.
