Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer in a hybrid setup in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will drive digital transformation by evaluating new technologies, leading POCs and MVPs, and architecting AI-enabled, cloud-native solutions.

You’ll shape strategic programs and provide technical leadership across the organization. Expect strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, APIs, and AI technologies, with a focus on Microsoft-centric integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience across multiple technology stacks, frameworks, and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (Node.js, .NET / C#, Python).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge combined with practical experience in AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI, automation, and modern cloud-native frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs and support the integration of Microsoft-centric solutions.
• Act as the technical lead for emerging capabilities across the organization, ensuring robust systems integration and scalable design.
