Manila Outsourcing Solutions OPC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for AI-native B2B Tax Software Development. This fully remote role with an office in Makati offers ownership of feature delivery using Next.js/React, Django/Python, and AWS.

You'll join a small founder-led Australian team building cloud tax software for large property funds, translating business needs into robust technical solutions while shaping engineering practices with AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production web applications.
• Senior-level Next.js and React on real production systems.
• Strong Python and Django
• PostgreSQL — schema design, query optimisation, migrations
• Playwright (or comparable framework) E2E testing on real projects
• AWS — ECS Fargate, RDS, S3 at a minimum, comfortable working in a Terraform-managed environment
• CI/CD pipeline fluency — GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Demonstrable AI-native workflow
• Comfortable working with an Australian-timezone team

Responsibilities

• Ship production code across the full stack — Next.js / React on the frontend, Django / Python on the backend, PostgreSQL, AWS hosted
• Own features end-to-end: solutioning, implementation, Playwright E2E coverage, code review, deployment, post-release support
• Set the standard for AI-native engineering — bring your tooling, your workflows, and your opinions on how we use AI better
• Identify and fix inefficiencies in our processes
• Review others' work constructively and level up the rest of the team
• Work directly with founders to translate business needs into technical solutions
