Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on role with coding and technical decision-making.
• Experience with Java, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Full-stack development and modern architectures.
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Strong Agile, testing, and database design.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.
