Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead in the Philippines to design, build, and mentor a growing Manila engineering team. You will work with a European product squad, drive architecture decisions, and lead cloud-native development using .NET Core, React, and AI-assisted tools.

You will guide engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and ensure scalable, secure software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C#/.NET Core experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role.
• Strong React and modern frontend skills.
• Experience building cloud-based microservices on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, EF Core, Clean Architecture, SOLID; familiarity with AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web apps with .NET Core and React.
• Build scalable cloud-native microservices on Azure.
• Lead architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and promote AI-assisted development.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and lifecycle delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies and establish team standards.
