Job summary

Gigaworkz Technologies Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support FDAS, fire suppression, and related security systems. This role involves field visits, pre-sales technical support, and hands-on troubleshooting.

You will conduct FDAS training, assist the sales team on technical proposals, and work with biometric, CCTV, PABX, and access-control products. A degree in IT/EE/CE and at least 1 year of electronics troubleshooting are preferred; driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Graduate of Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• With knowledge and experience in FDAS (Fire Alarm and Detection System).
• Background in security and surveillance products (Biometric, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms) is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of work experience in electronics troubleshooting.
• Willing to work in the field and travel.
• Driver's license is an added advantage.
